The Nike Epic React Flyknit is just getting started. Already a hit among runners and sneakerheads alike, the Swoosh knows what they have on their hands. Now, a fresh new “Mowabb” colorway is expected to drop next month.
Nike React is the brand’s new standard of comfort. The foam technology launched worldwide in the form of the Epic React Flyknit, a sleek running shoe built for speed and flexibility. Originally, the silhouette released in limited numbers before more colorways were added to the lineup. With plenty of options already available, Nike is taking the Epic React to the next level by decking out the Flyknit upper with a new heritage-inspired look from past Swoosh models.
Titled the “Mowabb” colorway, Nike’s latest Epic React Flyknit is directly inspired by- you guessed it- the Nike Air Mowabb. The chunky ACG silhouette has seen somewhat of a resurgence in recent years, between the faithful retro releases and new colorways. Coming soon, the Epic React’s Flyknit upper is covered in the signature ACG brown tone. The rear heel support piece is painted bright orange, which extends into the knit towards the Swoosh. Finally, the new Epic React is finished off by a grey midsole and blue detailing around the shoe.
