The Puma shoe you see above is named the Puma Inhale. It’s a trainer that made its debut back in 2000. In other words, it’s almost 20 years old. Yeah, that’s crazy to say out loud, right? After a 19-year hiatus, Puma will be reissuing the model later on this year.
The Puma Inhale was Puma’s flagship running shoe when it debut in 2000. It was Puma’s answer to a need for a more practical footwear option that maximized its wearer’s energy, but without compromising style. The Inhale was designed for high mileage as it came equipped with e+Cell technology, which adds cushioning to the heel and forefront, according to DeFY New York. Details on the shoe include the thick soles, a mesh and canvas base paired up with both leather and suede overlays. Said to be reissued later on this year in the OG colorway you see above, look for this 2000 model to return using the same tech and design details as it did 20 years ago.
Stay tuned for a release date.
